Rodriguez is seeking entrepreneurial individuals with diverse professional and technological backgrounds. We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated professionals who seek technical challenges in a fast paced, quickly expanding, team-oriented environment. Positions are hands-on and involve developing and following complex technical workflows for a variety of public-sector and private clients. You must have the technical agility, focus, flexibility, enthusiasm and vision to complement such a work environment.

Rodriguez believes in providing and promoting career opportunities in infrastructure at all levels and in every community.  In 2020 we launched "​Rodriguez University", a division of Rodriguez, focused on inspiring and empowering children and young adults in under-served communities to pursue careers in infrastructure that may not necessarily require a college degree.  "Rodriguez U" has partnered with local non-profits like Hopeworks and PowerCorpsPHL to design and implement a STEM/STEAM based learning experiences and workforce development programs focused on Philadelphia infrastructure. 

The themes of history, art (visualization), cartography (maps), science, social and environmental impact, and sustainability run through all of our programs.  Learners discover the "why", "how", and "where" infrastructure was built and the roles that they can play in maintaining and rebuilding the infrastructure in their communities. Follow "Rodriguez U" on LinkedIn to learn more.

Rodriguez maintains headquarters in the South Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia and we take pride in being a Philadelphia-based business.  Our office is located three blocks from the Girard Station on the Market-Frankford El and minutes away from I-95, the Vine Street Expressway, and the Ben Franklin Bridge.

​Rodriguez Wellness

As part of our corporate wellness plan, Rodriguez provides employee reimbursement for gym (crossfit, yoga, martial arts, just about anything that keeps you fit) memberships, endurance events (running, cycling, or swimming), and healthy cooking appliances (i.e. juices, nutrition extractors, etc.).  Working out regularly, competing in endurance events, and eating right requires dedication and commitment and teaches individuals to set goals and develop a plan to achieve these goals.  The goal of the program is to help employees gain confidence and improve self esteem while learning to incorporate personal fitness and healthy eating habits into their every day lives.  Through this program our employees learn a number of life skills that translate over to the business world which include:
