David is a Project Manager in our Philadelphia office with 10 years of professional experience. He brings to our team client knowledge of surveying field procedures, as well as base plan preparation as per PWD's standards, project management, client correspondence and technical design capabilities for Urban Land projects in commercial, institutional, residential, and government sectors. David's design experience includes civil-site design, water and sewer main design per PWD's standards, zoning analysis, storm water management design, erosion and sediment control design, grading, road design, municipal plan reviews, construction sequencing, opinion of probable construction costs and major utility designs. Water and sewer main designs have included the redesign of the Philadelphia Water Departments infrastructure per their standards and at their request. Stormwater management designs have included aboveground and underground infiltration and detention systems, porous pavement, green roofs, bioinfiltration and retention areas, and flow-through planter boxes.
