The firm is also certified as a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. Committed to the Community
Rodriguez is headquartered in the South Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. The company has experienced significant growth since its inception due to its solid reputation working on infrastructure and land development projects in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Rodriguez believes in providing and promoting career opportunities in infrastructure at all levels and in every community. In 2020 we launched "Rodriguez University", a division of Rodriguez, focused on inspiring and empowering children and young adults in under-served communities to pursue careers in infrastructure that may not necessarily require a college degree. "Rodriguez U" has partnered with local non-profits like Hopeworks and PowerCorpsPHL to design and implement a STEM/STEAM based learning experiences and workforce development programs focused on Philadelphia infrastructure.
As a Philadelphia-based business enterprise, Rodriguez has been committed to the success of this city and it's mission since the firm was founded. We believe strongly in fostering our communities by using an inclusive approach on all our engineering projects. We are active members of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where Lou is currently the Chairman of the Board. Each year our firm sponsors a middle school in Philadelphia for the Future City Philadelphia Program and our staff volunteers their time to teach young students engineering and sustainability.
