Carol Popwell - Chief Administrative Officer
Carol manages all of the back-office operations at Rodriguez Consulting. Carol is responsible for office administration (accounting, human resources, project administration, etc.) and corporate development which support the work and efficient running of Rodriguez's offices. She assists project managers with the review timesheets on a weekly basis to ensure time is correctly stated and correctly apportioned. Carol also assists with the review of billings to make sure that they accurately reflect the time and salaries actually spent on the work.
