PHILADELPHIA, PA (SITE DESIGN) - Rodriguez Consulting, LLC (Rodriguez) under contract with PZS Architects, LLC (PZS) is providing Professional Engineering & Land Surveying services for the design of site improvements at the former St. Boniface Church Site at 142-174 Diamond Street, Philadelphia, PA.   The project owner, the Norris Square Civic Association, intends to redevelop the site in phases with the first phase involving the demolition of the church and convent and the construction of fifteen (15) low income housing unit and adjacent site improvements.  The approximate area of earth disturbance is 25,000 SF and will require a Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) stormwater permit.

Rodriguez is responsible for the providing civil engineering and site design services including: 
  • Stormwater Management & Permitting— conceptual stormwater management plan, drainage calculations and final stormwater design.  Project requires PWD Stormwater Permit approval.
  • PA Act 537 Permit— Submission of application and documents.
  • City Planning & Zoning - Zoning plans, subdivision plan, preliminary and final plat
  • Geotechnical—Coordinated with subconsultant for soil borings and soil infiltration testing for stormwater permit
  • Construction Drawings—existing conditions, site plan, grading plan, utility plan, erosion control plan, lot layout/subdivision plan, construction details
