PHILADELPHIA, PA (April 11, 2019) — Rodriguez in partnership with IMPACT Services Corporation (IMPACT) is excited to announce that our team was recently awarded grant funds by Rebuild to manage major renovations at the Heitzman Recreation Center in the Harrowgate section of Philadelphia. The Heitzman Recreation Center sits on a 3-acre site in the diverse neighborhood of Harrowgate and is comprised of a building (rec center), playgrounds, pool, basketball court, and hockey rink. The center currently serves as a staple in the community, offering a range of activities, such as art and cooking classes, homework assistance, organized kids games, and community fundraising events.

Made possible by the Philadelphia Beverage Tax, Rebuild will invest hundreds of millions of dollars in improving community facilities.  Rodriguez will be providing project management, professional engineering, and land surveying services for this project.

A community launch event will be scheduled for Saturday, April 27, at noon at Heitzman.  More details about the project and the upcoming Rebuild events, can be found at rebuild.phila.gov.
