PHILADELPHIA, PA - JANUARY 6, 2014 - David Kreck, P.E., recently joined Rodriguez Consulting, LLC (Rodriguez) as Senior Managing Engineer, responsible for providing supervision and technical oversight for the firm’s engineering projects.  Dave maintains over 22 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors covering a wide variety of engineering disciplines including design and construction management for public infrastructure projects, i.e. roadways, water, and wastewater, as well as the design of public and private land development projects.  Dave's experience ranges from working at the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, to serving as project manager for large engineering companies in the Greater Delaware Valley area, to owning and operating his own private consulting practice.  

"Dave's experience, both as a municipal engineer and private development consultant, enables us to provide our infrastructure management and engineering clients with an even higher level of service and expertise," said Lou Rodriguez, President of Rodriguez.  "His understanding of public infrastructure and land development solutions is an invaluable additional to the firm."

Dave presently serves as the Municipal Engineer and Planning Board Engineer of Record for the Borough of Wenonah (Gloucester County, NJ) and Planning Board Engineer of Record for the Borough of Magnolia (Camden County, NJ).  Dave is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, as well as a Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) and Certified Public Works Manager (CPWM) in New Jersey.
