PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Rodriguez Consulting is pleased to announce that Anthony Rodriguez was recently certified by The National Stormwater Center as a Certified Stormwater Inspector - Municipal. The certification involved 12 hours of training in the laws behind the Clean Water Act and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit program, as well as, technical training in industry permits, construction permits, and post construction. Certifications are issued to attendees that achieve a minimum score of 75% accuracy on overall testing.
The Certified Stormwater Inspector - Municipal training focuses on stormwater permit compliance as the key to restore and maintain the waters of the United States. The training is in line with Rodriguez Consulting’s mission to deliver vital civil engineering and geospatial services that strengthen our Nation's infrastructure and improve our natural resources.
Anthony Rodriguez is an engineering technician with over 15 years of construction inspection, land surveying, and traffic data collection experience. Anthony is currently responsible for overseeing construction inspection operations for private stormwater systems in the Northwest section of the City of Philadelphia for the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD).
